1. Each occupant should complete a separate Lease Application.
    
2. A co-signer for each occupant should complete a Guaranty Agreement.
    
3. Fax, mail, or scan and e-mail the completed documents.  We will contact you promptly.
    
4. Once all documents have been received and the applications approved, the unit may be reserved by paying a non-refundable Holding Fee equal to one-month’s rent.
    
5. The Holding Fee becomes a refundable Security Deposit once a Lease is signed by all occupants.
